This list covers providers that process Client Personal Data, meaning personal data a client provides to Verticalmove, or that Verticalmove processes on a client's behalf, under the Data Processing Addendum.
It does not cover providers that process information Verticalmove independently identifies, sources, collects, or maintains about candidates through its own systems, professional networks, public sources, or data providers. Under the Data Processing Addendum, that information is Verticalmove Independent Data, and Verticalmove acts as an independent controller of it.
Read the Verticalmove Privacy PolicyThe subprocessors listed above process data in the United States. Where personal data originating in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland is transferred to them, the transfer is made under the applicable Data Processing Addendum and the transfer mechanisms the provider makes available, including the Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Verticalmove may update this list from time to time. In accordance with its Data Processing Addendum, Verticalmove will provide at least 15 days' prior notice before engaging a new Subprocessor that will materially process Client Personal Data, except where an emergency or security requirement makes advance notice impracticable.
