Candidate Radar — Privacy Policy

Candidate Radar is a Chrome extension produced by Verticalmove, Inc.

What we collect

The extension collects only what it needs to function:

• Sign-in info — your name and email from your Verticalmove Microsoft account.
• Authentication tokens — issued by Microsoft, stored in your browser, used to authenticate calls to the Verticalmove backend.
• LinkedIn profile URLs you view — when the active tab is a LinkedIn profile page, the URL is sent to the Verticalmove backend to look up matching Salesforce records.
• Resumes you upload — sent to the Verticalmove backend for parsing into Salesforce.

We do not collect browsing history outside LinkedIn profile URLs, page contents, location, financial information, health information, or communications.

Where it goes

The extension sends data only to:

• login.microsoftonline.com — Microsoft sign-in
• radar.verticalmove.com — Verticalmove backend

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties. We do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Data stored in your browser stays until you sign out, clear it from the side panel, or uninstall the extension. Data held by Verticalmove is retained per our internal data-retention policies.
