What this covers. Verticalmove, Inc. ("Verticalmove," "we") sends text messages to job candidates as part of our recruiting work. This page explains what we send, how we got your number, what we do with it, and how to stop.
How we get your number. We text only candidates who already have a relationship with us: you applied to a role, sent us your resume, gave your number to one of our recruiters, or were referred to us and agreed to be contacted. We do not buy phone number lists, and we do not text numbers obtained without your knowledge.
What we send. Messages are written and sent individually by the recruiter working with you — about specific job opportunities, scheduling, and interview logistics. Frequency varies with your conversation. We do not send automated marketing blasts.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you immediately and permanently. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@verticalmove.com.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Verticalmove does not charge for these messages.
What we do with your number. We store your number in our applicant tracking system to contact you about opportunities. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only for that purpose.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
