I’ve always been a great communicator. I’ve never had a problem meeting people and ever since I was young, people have always felt comfortable around me. So, OF COURSE I wanted to major in communications in college, and OF COURSE I chose to attend Washington State University. While in the middle of my senior year, one of my professors pulled me aside after class to have a career oriented discussion. Basically, he tried to convince me to go into sales. At first I was skeptical. However, after a few additional meetings I was intrigued.

About a week after graduation, I started my career within a giant corporation selling mostly imaging solutions and computer software. After working hard and reaching all goals given to me I was promoted to team lead, where I coached seven other representatives through our sales process, as well as customer interactions. I loved it. However, there came a time where I just wanted MORE.

I love recruiting, I love helping people better themselves and their situation. I love getting out of bed every day knowing that I might change someone’s life that morning.
